AI System Architect is a mobile application developed and maintained by Dynamic Dragon. The app is available on the Google Play Store under the package name app.dynamicdragon.ai_system_architecture.

The app enables users to generate comprehensive software project blueprints using AI technology — including system architecture diagrams, tech stack recommendations, workflow steps, runtime execution flows, interactive UI previews, and curated learning references.

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our service. Here is a full breakdown:

The information we process is used solely for the following purposes:

• Blueprint Generation — Your project description is sent to our AI backend (powered by Groq/LangChain) to generate a blueprint. It is not stored on our servers beyond the duration of the API request.
• Local Blueprint History — Generated blueprints are saved on your device using Hive local storage so you can revisit them. This data never leaves your device.
• Ad Frequency Management — Usage counters (number of generations per feature) are stored locally in SharedPreferences to determine when to show a rewarded ad. This data is not transmitted to any server.
• App Functionality — Internet access is used to communicate with our AI backend and to serve ads via Google AdMob.
• Update Checks — On launch, the app queries the Google Play Store API to check if a newer version is available. No user data is sent during this check.

This app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your Google Advertising ID (GAID) and device information to serve personalised or non-personalised ads.

Google's use of advertising cookies and identifiers is governed by Google's Advertising Policy. You can opt out of personalised advertising by adjusting your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete Advertising ID (Android 12+) or Opt out of Ads Personalisation (Android <12).

All user-generated content (blueprints, preferences, usage counters) is stored locally on your device using:

• Hive — A lightweight NoSQL database for storing blueprint history. Data remains on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
• SharedPreferences — Used for lightweight key-value storage (ad frequency counters, app settings). Also device-local.

API requests (blueprint generation, UI preview, runtime flow, update checks) are transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Project description text is sent to our backend solely to process your request and is not logged or stored beyond the duration of the API call.

• Blueprint history is stored indefinitely on your device until you delete individual entries within the app or uninstall the app.
• Usage counters (for ad frequency) persist until the app is uninstalled.
• API request data (your project descriptions) is not retained on our servers. Each request is stateless.
• Ad data is retained according to Google AdMob's own data retention policies.

You can delete your local data at any time by uninstalling the app or by clearing the app's data in your device settings: Settings → Apps → AI System Architect → Storage → Clear Data.

AI System Architect is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at the address below and we will take steps to delete such information.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Right to Access — Request a copy of any data we hold about you. (Since we hold no server-side user data, this primarily concerns AdMob data — contact Google directly.)
• Right to Deletion — Delete your local data by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. For AdMob data, use your device's "Delete Advertising ID" setting.
• Right to Opt-Out of Personalised Ads — Adjust your Google Ad settings as described in Section 5.
• Right to Data Portability — Export your blueprints using the in-app Share / Export feature, which creates a ZIP archive of your blueprints.
• GDPR (EU) / CCPA (California) — If you are in the EU or California, the above rights apply under GDPR and CCPA respectively. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

For significant changes, we will provide notice via an in-app notification or a Play Store update description.
